I am trying to get photos off my phone and onto the cloud. Then from the cloud to my computer. I have read the tutorials and the FAQs but they focus on downloading from the cloud to a phone. The reason I want to do this is because I am running out of storage space because of all the photos and videos I have on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy 4s. White, if the color matters. My question is there was way to do get the photos off my phone, on the cloud and then onto my laptop?
I downloaded the desktop app for the cloud onto my laptop, but when I click it the folder is empty . When I got to the cloud online, I see my contacts have been backed up, but I don't see any photos. When I open the cloud app on my phone and tap on backup, it tells me the backup completed but it didn't detect any new files. Am I missing something? Am I not understanding the concept of the Verizon cloud?
