S4 update

After getting tired of the nagging, I allowed my phone to upgrade yesterday. Everything went rather well, and it didn't take long complete the process. However, when I go to "System Upgrades' in settings, I get the message "Software update is in progress". It's been over 24 hours. What's up?

Having the latest software update is always important. It definitely should not be taking over 24 hours. Have you tried powering your phone off & back on? What about powering off & removing the battery and sim card for a couple minutes: http://vz.to/1g8r2SH
