cant transfer video to my computer

Tried everything, spoke to both Verizon/Samsung support, no one seems to know why when connected by usb cable, my computer will not recognize my videos only photos! Verizon suggested trying to put SD card directly into computer but the computer won't recognize the card at ALL that way! Frustrated, phone is full, can't keep any videos I have taken!!!!

What model computer and operating system are you using? Just to confirm, are these videos that you took on the device or are these vidoes that are purchased/copywritten?

Ok so to answer your questions, I have a Dell computer operating in Windows 10

The videos are all videos that I took using my phone.

I am glad we can work on this together and see what is going on with your phone. I know I use so many videos on my phone. How long are the videos you are attempting to transfer? Have you tried a different USB cable? Are you able to view the videos on the computer but not able to transfer them? Or do you not see them at all?

Hi,

Ok so I’ve got videos as short as 10 seconds & as long as 5 minutes. But the problem is that I cannot even SEE them when I attach my phone to my computer. It will only show me still pix. Also, re: the cable, I thought maybe it was because I was not using the cable that came with the phone but that did not seem to matter.
