I was talking on phone and it went off. plugged it into charge which it did. unplugged it and still nothing. plugged back in and it did light up and say Verizon wireless, but could do nothing else and then unplugged again and phone dead. tried pulling battery out for a few minutes and putting back in. still nothing. This phone has never been damaged or wet. Can anyone help me?
