So far I've checked almost everything over and the only thing I've found is the heart rate and oxygen level sensor is not working. My wife and I both have the Note 4. Same on both after the 5.1 update. Anyone else seeing this?
Just checked and it seems to work fine in mine and my wife's Note 4.
mine worked fine but the spo took over 2 mins and I gave up
Mine is working; however, I did notice that S-Health updated yesterday. Maybe you just need an update.
