This icon appeared on my phone today out of nowhere. It cannot be deleted by holding it down and sending to trash. Edit/ Trash option doesn't come up. When the button is pressed, it seems to cast a secondary screen across the phone which obscures 90% of the icons from use, rendering the entire phone other than the physical buttons, useless. Icon stays on most screens like the quick keys bubble that gives you access to screen shot, flashlight, etc. Reboot did not fix, google image search came up with only Japanese references which were hard to follow. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
