A couple seconds after I press play on voicemail and hold the phone to my ear, the screen locks and stops playback. I've tried holding the phone upside down to avoid contact with my face and I've tried hovering the phone close to my ear rather than held against (to avoid any screen contact). The only way I have found to play voicemails without the screen locking is to put the phone on speaker which is hardly practical when I'm at the office.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did you do to resolve it?
