I want to file a complaint about my samsung galaxy 4. I have had nothing but trouble with for almost a year now. It goes dead in the middle of a call,it freezes up and you have to take out the battery to get it going again. I have reported this many times to Verizon and anything they have suggested to do hasn't worked. They had me even factory reset it,which is a pain because you have to totally reload everything back on,but that didn't work. They had me get the sim card replaced,that didn't work either. They have tried all kinds of things either at the store or through technical support on the phone. Nothing has worked. This phone has been a total frustration for me. I have considered changing carriers because Verizon has been no help. I even asked if I could upgrade earlier and the answer was yes for a fee. This is totally unacceptable.
