My phone went through and update and now all of my personal information is gone - pics, contacts, apps, etc. But now there are game apps I have never downloaded on my phone... Not sure what is going on.

Updates are suppose to improve your device so let's take a look and see what's going on. Do you have the Samsung Galaxy S6 or the S6 Edge?
