Voicemail app says it's full but has no messages.

I use the Verizon voicemail app to listen to voicemail but it's new telling me my inbox is full. I tried deleting cached data on the phone if it was a data needs issue. I tried switching from device storage to flash storage. I've feels all messages from my inbox but it still shows I have room for 0 messages. What can be done to fix this. I don't want any issues with getting my messages.

Hi Khuffy01, I can understand how difficult it is to have a voicemail issues where it says your mailbox is full after listing to the messsage. Let me look into fixing this issue. Have you accessed your inbox to double check if any messages were present to delete them or move them to the saved folder? You can access the inbox and if any are present that are not new, you have those options to clear the messages so your voice mail in bix is no longer full. Let me know if this helps.

I had 4 messages in my inbox that were old. I don't usually keep voicemail that I receive after they are no longer useful. I deleted those items and still get the " mailbox is full" message.
