Being as BB I've come across are more aware of such matters, I thought this to be a place to inquire.

Is this something you have to call to do?

Is there any benefit to opting out?

Is there any benefit to not?

Yes, I have opted out.

Go to  http://vzw.com/myprivacy and log in to your account

Scroll down to the section that says "Relevant Mobile Advertising"

Make sure you select "No I don't want to participate"

Select Save Changes.

There are other privacy settings on this page you can set whichever way you like, but the above is the one that refers to the "supercookie"
