Caller can hear me but I can't hear them.

I receive a call and the caller can hear me but I can't hear them. I go to speaker phone and all is good. I use a bluetooth device and all is good. I followed the recommended troubleshooting tips but nothing worked. What else can I try? I have had the Droid Maxx 2 for 6 weeks.

It is never fun missing out on half of the conversation. The phone is far to new to be having any issues. How long has this been going on? Have you downloaded or updated any apps recently?
