All of a sudden my blackberry says no service available. I've done everything...bill is paid, took battery out. rebooted and still I can receive or dial out. no emails, no texting nothing...any ideas?
Have you tried using the blackberry in a different loaction? You could just be in a bad service area, if you have tried in different areas, it could be a problem with the antenna in your blackberry
Look into this with a customer rep by calling {invalid number}. You may also need assistance from RIM, 1877-255-2377. The cause cannot be determined right now, it's too vague. Don't give up hope just yet! GL
