Password Keeper

I have not used my password keeper and now I go to the application for the first time, and it is asking me for a password.  I have not set up a password previously.  I am on attempt 7 of 10 and it will erase everything.  What is everything? All my passwords or contacts and everything else?  I am on exchange server so I have not backed up to my desktop, but it automatically backs up to the exchange server.

You must have set up a password when you first got the Berry, otherwise there wouldn't be one. Or if you're on an Exchange Server you should talk to your administrator to see if they pushed a password to you. Or, if you do need to do a wipe, speak to them to get your info restored.
