when will verizon release BB 10 OS 10.3.2.2876

BB has released several OS updates for OS10.  Most recent is 10.3.2.2876.  But Verizon has not made a release available since 10.3.2.858.  When will they post the newest release for download?  PLEASE  This is fix the issue - at least this one...of trying to send pics in a text message.
