How do I download my pictures and videos from my Note 5 to my Mac Computer?
Yes, I found a wireless app, AirMore. It will transfer my videos and pictures from my note5 to my Mac. Works great and it was free.

I believe you need these to transfer for Mac.
I tried smart switch first which did not work. I then found the air more app and it worked great. I used the download feature and then I could add the photos to my iPhoto app. They even went in on the correct dates. When I did the video transfer they did not go in by date but at least I have them.
