Tried the factory reset weeks ago and it worked for a bit. But did the factory reset and resolved for less than halfthe day. Any fixes out there as I cannot access the display.
Screen will stay off unless I select numerous times the power button and or the home button. Had to get a product exchange

kkrug, flickering screen issues would leave me equally as concerned too. To clarify, does your screen flicker on and off, or does it stay off with the occasional screen flash?
Does the screen stay dark in essence?
