events entered on kindle will sync to phone. but events entered on phone won't sync to kindle. on kindle chat for over 2 hours with no luck fixing. anyone have ideas or tips?
You need to select your Gmail account calendar as the calendar to save the event to when you create an event on your phone. It sounds like you are defaulting to the "phone" calendar which is only on that device.

my phone is a galaxy s4 from Verizon. I think the sync is Google. I have never done Twitter. do I need that to see your help? thanks

Thanks for those details. We definitely want to figure out what might be going on. I know that I rely on my calendar events. To be sure, are you trying to sync your Google or Gmail calendar with the Kindle? We do not have resources on the Kindle device, but does it also have a feature to allow you to view and sync email on the device itself?

We are still here to help. You would want to check your settings on the Kindle to make sure they are able to have the calendar sync with other options. You would do this under your Google settings.

My Kindle calendar syncs to gmail. If I enter events on my Kindle, it goes to my phone calendar. But if I enter events on my phone, it does not go to kindle or gmail calendat.
