People are telling me they suddenly stop hearing me on my calls, so I have to switch to speaker phone. What happened?

I have an HTC One Remix. When I am on a call, people tell me they stop being able to hear me so I always have to switch to speakerphone after a few seconds. This has happened within the last month. Months prior to that, my phone stopped vibrating and that feature has remained broken. This does not seem like a very reliable phone. What's going on?

We definitely want you to have two way audio on your HTC One Remix LisaD21. Let's get your audio back up and running. May I ask is there any physical/liquid damage on the device? What changes were made to the device within the last month that may have contributed to the issue?
