I have called twice, reset the phone countless times, which is a galaxy 6. The first few days I had the phone the alerts were coming through but I haven't received one in months. We have had multiple warnings during that period and I didn't get anything. I worked with tech support who claimed they have never had anyone else with the issue...but I clearly see others talking about it in here.. Grrr.. Tech support could not help each time they just want me to keep resetting it or go back to factory reset. That is not fixing it. They even connected to the phone and couldn't fix it. I read it is a law that presidential alerts are a requirement of cell phone carriers, I would think they would put more importance on training reps how to fix this issue. Yes btw everything is on and ect ect. Background data enabled ect ect
