I get virus alerts all the time every day on my note 3. I have ran several scanners including Norton and nothing is found.

We don't want you to have a virus on your phone. I had the Note 3 as well and had to do a complete reset because of the same issues. Just to make sure are there any applications on your phone that the alert is referencing?
