Looks like it downloads and installs, but is not there when done.
Wow. Just realized how bad my typing has gotten.Powered down and rebooted. Looked in Settings/Apps and it was not there. Tried downloading again and it worked. THanks.
See if you can find the KODAK Kiosk Connect app by going into Settings (not Google Settings) then should list all the apps on the phone. You may have to power cycle your phone.
