I am unable to make or receive calls; however, I'm able to send text messages and access the Internet. The call continually just shows "Dialing" and then it will finally just end the call. People calling in are directly sent to voicemail and it does not show that I've missed any calls. I've done nothing different today or changed any settings. I have a full signal and nothing indicates roaming. I did notice, that under stats it did say "mobile network state disconnected" but not sure what that means. I've restarted my phone and pulled the battery and put back in, any other suggestions?
