The promotion website nor Verizon website says which version of Gear S2 would be given out for preordering Galaxy S7/S7 Edge.
The Chat assistants seem to have contrasting information as well.
So far, I have spoken to 3 assistants. One told me I would get a 3G version that needs to be maintained for 24months with $5 monthly line access fee; another one told me there won't be a 2yr contract, would be activation fee and $5 monthly line access fee, and that I would get a 4G, not 3G version;
the last one told me all those mentioned above is not true, saying I would get a bluetooth version.
All three agree that we would get a black one, no color option.
Well, Verizon, you should start doing a better job at either clarifying the offer information(especially in Terms and Conditions) or make sure your chat assistants get the right information. Excelling at the former would eliminate this confusion and frustration in the first place.
