How do I get my Samsung s5 shattered screen repaired??
Nanajojo, sorry for any confusion on the matter of your shattered screen. Allow me to clarify. If you have insurance on your device and the screen is shattered it is covered and will be replaced completely. We do not repair screens and send the same phone back to you. However, there is a deductible you will have to pay if you file a claim with Asurion (888-881-2622 / http://bit.ly/1SnZrx7). I believe what the previous rep was informing of was there are some companies that will repair your screen for you at a fee of course.

Verizon does not repair phones. However, most major shopping malls have kiosks that offer screen repair for around $100.

So iam paying for insurance that covers ALL DAMAGES ON MY S 5 MY SCREEN IS SHATTERED ..and your telling me VERIZONE DOESN'T COVER IT?? THEN WHAT THE HELL IS insurance for??!!!!!

I'd like to clarify this for you. Verizon Wireless does not repair devices. However, if you have insurance, Asurion can replace it for you. You may contact them by calling 888-881-2622. Please let us know if you need more information.
