Does anyone know what the newest or the best PRL is??? Seems to me that when you have different phones with different PRL's it seems to make more of a difference than the phone itself.

The PRL is a generic file, it should only have minor tweaks for each phone if any at all. If you do *228 option 2 it will load the most current PRL.
