Why dont I get service in my area it is just outside of metro Atlanta

I live just outside of the metro Atlanta area and I do not get any service. There is very spotty coverage the whole way down the west coast of Florida. My friends have AT-T and they don't have any problems. My contract is up and I have never had any problem with Verizon but there is no sense in having a phone I can't use.

This is 30102 Acworth Georgia. Coverage Map shows 4G LTE but the coverage is terrible. I don't get calls. Very rarely can I make a call. This trouble has always been present since I moved down here. My brother lives maybe a mile from me and uses his phones GPS as a traveling PTA. He never has problem. Leads me to believe it is the garbage phone. I loved my Blackberry. I don't care about all of this internet game app garbage. I use my phone for business and when it fails to serve my purpose then...
