I have removed all gmail accounts from my phone. I cleared cache and data from google and browsers.
I start fresh with the gmail app and add an account. The account and password are accepted, but doesn't display in gmail app and it then asks to add an email address which I just finished doing. It's a business gmail account that doesn't end in @gmail.com
I get notifications of received e-mails and can view them partially in the notifications window. The calendar and drive are available so the account is present.
If I try and add the account again, I get the warning that "this account already exists on your device"
The Account exists, passwords are good, the gmail app does not display the account and I have no way of checking my e-mail except via a browser.
I have not done a factory reset as I am worried about what data I may lose.
