Anyone had a broken screen with Edge?

I've had my S6 Edge for not even a full 3 months and I have a crack already going across the screen. I haven't dropped it or anything, so the only thing I can think of is that I dropped it a little too hard on our counter or something and it hit the perfect spot. I haven't had time to take it to get fixed yet. Out of all my phones I've ever had, I've never cracked a phone so I don't know how the process really goes... Do they just give me a different one?

Do you have insurance? Or does this phone have some sort of manufacturers screen breakage coverage? If you have insurance they will mail you a replacement device (refurbished) and then you will have to mail yours back to them. You will also have to pay whatever the deductible is. If you don't have insurance or some sort of coverage you will have to pay to repair the screen yourself.

A cracked screen is not something we like seeing on our phones. Cell phones are personal mini computers we like to keep impeccable. The phone manufacturer warranty does not cover physical damage.
