Sync settings and data transfer when charging

Hi, i have two questions. How can i get my email/calendar/contacts to sync more frequently. I can't find a setting for the frequency of syncing-just a yes or no.

Also, when i charge my phone using my computer, my computer can't "find" my phone so i can't copy things from my phone to my computer or vice versa. Thanks

the shortest time between sync is 15 min.

pull down the notification panel & change from charge only to one of the 2 choices depending whether you're working with pics or music.

fwiw:

i charge my phone off with the wall charger.....to me usb charging is worthless, especially with the phone o.,

you'll never see a full 100% charge on a phone, syncing, updating, etc while usb charging..
