ME AND MY WIFE ARE BEING OVER CHARGED ON DATA.
I called the representative because we have a 30gb plan. Me and my wife in the past 12 days have been working and in our free time we have been moving our belongings.
I called up the representative and as we are looking at my plan it said I had used 8gb. Then one hour later I called him up again and he said now I've used 11gb of Data. Then finally after 3 hours of the routine "we verizon are correct, you the stupid customer is wrong drill" I went to sleep. I turned my phone off. I woke up, looked in my verizon account and magically I had used 2 more gb of data.
Their excuse is that it may take up to six hours to post to your account after you are watching a movie or streaming videos. (I'm not streaming videos and even if I did a watch a 30 minute video it isn't going to cost me 2 GB of data)
Also the tech had me take a snap shot of my application usage. In total I had 2 apps. One app used 3gb and the other app I had used 1gb.
That doesn't equal 8 or 11 etc.
He continued to argue that verizon doesn't make mistakes. Then he tried to sell me more verizon....trying to up my data plan again
I well be taking this to court soon if things don't change. I have enough documentation with my argumentation to prove that I am right.
Computer system are not God and they are not 100 percent accurate.
