My phone is showing the update is available......however......I get error code 411, update failed every time I try to update.

Yea, maybe a blessing in disguise from all the problems I'm seeing with it. Think I will give it a week or 2 to sort it out, V might have pulled it for all I know.
Phone keeps saying error 411 and I can find the error description anywhere

Yes, when is Verizon going to answer anyone on here? I even tried to do the update in safe mode, which some people said it worked for them, it didn't help me at all.
