Question regarding returning S7 Edge

I decided to return my S7 Edge after using it for two days. However, I already appraised an old iPhone and already shipped that after I placed the pre-order. My question is what will happen to the trade-in device? It is worth $10 bucks but was appraised at $100 due to an S7 promotion. I definitely don't want $10 for my iPhone 4. Is there any way to get it back?

Any suggestion/information will be greatly appreciated.

There is no way to go get the iPhone 4 back. You will need to find a different phone to activate on your line.

What about the trade-in request? Do I get the appraised value?

No idea. I don't trust those trade in options. I would rather keep the phone as a backup or sell it myself.

Obviously that is not an option for me.

Can someone from Verizon help me figure this out please? I am not contacting CSR using 611 since they give random answers and just want to finish the conversation by telling you whatever is needed.
