Hello. I purchased the LG Revere 3 for my son a few months ago and now it won't charge. When plugged in, the LG logo just flashes slowly, but won't charge. I purchased a new battery and still just get the flashing when plugged in. I'm not sure if the port is shot or what's going on, but it's concerning that this has become a problem with such a relatively new device.
I could not hard reset the phone as the flashing wouldn't stop, but I did attempt to remove the battery and wait before plugging it in again.
I thought about getting an external battery charger to see if that would work to charge there battery up enough to then do a reset, but I hate to go buy something else. I mean, the new battery didn't work, so why should this?
At any rate, if anyone has suggestions or comments that might help me to get this phone working, I'd appreciate it.
