Seriously, I have been a customer for over 10 years after being begged to by my daughter. Throughout these 10 years and many problems someone always seems to be on a new update schedule not allowing us out of our plan so we deal and deal and deal with stuff. We pay our bill every month and all the added things they have changed over the years without complaint. Why is it that you can never come through for me Verizon? I have been watching this phone since I heard about it, ordered it right away on the 23rd when it was available to pre-order in much anticipation for the watch as well. After numerous calls, I have heard NOTHING to explain why my phone is not here but friends whom have ordered 6-7 days later already have theirs. The ONLY email I have gotten to this point so far only says it will ship on 3/11/16. Where is my phone?
