There is a voice mail notification on my S7 Edge that will not go away. It has been there since I first activated my new phone. I have been through all the on-line trouble shooting steps. Any other suggestions?
Call your number from another phone and leave a short message long enough to register a new voicemail. Then on your phone, access the voicemail system and delete the message you just left. This should clear the notification. Sometimes it gets stuck.
