I have been unable to send or receive email messages for a week.
Any error messages? What email app are you using? (Try clearing the cache for the email app). Is this a standard email (like Gmail, aol, comcast, att, etc) or a custom domain email? Can you access the email on your computer? Your answers may help us to pinpoint the problem to get it solved.
I'm unable to connect with email on my Gal4 also. I just started using the Galaxy4 again after a couple of years of using a simpler verizon phone but I need to learn now...I thought I understood it all, but I clearly don't because I can't use email on it...
oops, I can get to the email addys online on my puter but not through the phone
