My Android Maxx is broken, smashed screen from dropping, is there a way to transfer my apps from the broken phone to a new android?

When you sign into the new phone with the same Gmail account, you can easily download the applications. The data associated with the specific application might not be transferred if the application doesn't support the backup and restore feature through the Play Store.
