I have my phone set up to access my aol account. It only syncs when I'm connected to wifi. I want to be able to see new emails when I'm not connected to wifi. I think I have the sync setting correct. Can you help, please?

I want to ensure your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 device is syncing your AOL email even when not connected to WiFi. I would love to help.
Please check the setting for “Restrict background data” in the “Data usage” section of the Settings menu: http://vz.to/1dAaZdT. If this is checked, then your applications may not sync in the background when you’re not connected to WiFi. Please keep me posted with your findings.
