Why is the new Marshmallow Update continuously saying unsuccessful with an error code of 411??
I had the same problem. I fixed it by upgrading using the software upgrade assistant. It worked fine, and Marshmallow looks to be working fine on my phone. I still have no idea what the error code 411 is for, but rumor has it, that it means the over the air upgrade servers are down
What is the software upgrade assistance?
It is a desktop app for windows and mac, it should be automatically installed when you plug your phone in through usb to your computer. I have windows and I believe it works only for windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. For more info check the link below.
