Hello I just updated my phone to the Marshmallow OS but now I can't do anything! It lags, it stops, and it's buggy. Now I just my old OS back so I can use my phone without a problem or glitches. Please help

I am having the same issues ...contacts are all messed up... will not load Facebook pages or Internet pages for more than a min on wifi, have to continuously turn wifi off to use Internet. Ready to throw the phone.

We want to make sure that you get the help that you need Pltfat804. Is this issue only happening when you use the application? Please try from the web browser as well. Were there any error messages when you performed the update? Please try settings> Applications>Application Manager> Select Facebook> Clear data and cache. To answer the OP's original question:
You cannot revert to the old OS version.
You can however factory reset without restoring any apps or any old data which may not be compatible with the update and start fresh by downloading new copies instead of old data from the Play Store.
It only happens in Facebook. I can save image in everything else. In
applications manager it doesn't give me an option to clear my cache onle
disable and force stop.
