My new Galaxy 7 is suddenly frozen, dark screen, unresponsive. No response to holding down the "start" button.
Does anything change when you plug in the phone?
Phone is fixed. Battery is not removable, but found that it can be re-booted can be done by pushing and holding power button and volume down button at same time. Then boots in Safe Mode. A mystery as to what went wrong, software glitch is assumed.
