very disappointed in verizon and samsung s6. Just received my refubished phone yesterday due to battery issues with my phone. This refubished phone can't keep the a charge and is taking 6.hours to charge when not used. I contacted tech support and I have another phone coming. These phones are certified correct? I've been a customer since 2005. I believe i should receive a band new phone, not refubished phone. This is an inconvenience to my day, I can't leave my.phone oft the charger. I even called customer support and they wouldn't let me do the edge plan because I'm not eligible till 4-15. I'm so aggravated by this and now can't trust these refubished phones that I may just go.to best buy and pay for a phone full price. When. My.contract ends next yeah i will be leaving verizon.
