Galaxy 7 - not able to Add Ringtone

I just received my galaxy 7....switched over after 2 years on an IPhone. I went into the Sound Setting and tried clicking on "Add a Ringtone". When you click on it, it brings you back to the main Sounds screen. No adding, no choices, nothing....just back to the main screen. I went back to the Default settings, restarted the phone and neither helped. Any input? Thanks!!

Ringtones I have made are saved to device storage and are automatically made available. If you are talking about a third party ringtone, I'm of no help there.
