After a recent update on my phone April 3rd my Internet connection isn't working well my music stop playing after every other song . My maps signal is lost . An app says can not connect. What do I do ?? I've already got it reset and nothing same thing
What model Android? Which update? A factory reset without restoration is the best next step. A simple reset or factory reset might not help if the restored apps and info/data are corrupt or incompatible.
Galaxy S6
I'm having the same issue since doing the update. My internet won't work correctly. I googled yesterday about it and read to toggle Airplane Mode and if that didn't help to turn off wifi and turn off your phone, then to turn your phone back on and turn wifi back on. I just tried that, so I will see if it helps.I'm definitely not a big fan of the update.
last update on my lg g4 vs986 ( april 4) has no wifi and no blue tooth, wifi just blinks on and off
Blue tooth "connection not allowed"
Make sure your wireless router has the latest drivers. If the router does not have the latest driver that could cause connectivity problems.
Same problem here on my S6 after Marshmallow update on 4/6/16. Did a factory reset and problem still exists, can't access my cloud because it says no wifi connection but I can use Chrome and have no issues. Messenger has issues too as does Google Play Store. Some apps are okay, but some have issues.

It is showing still it continues to keep doing the same .
RussM92844, let's look further into this and get this resolved. Does your Cloud service work when connected to wifi? What exact issues are you having with Messenger and the Google Play Store? Have you tried repairing the software via the repair assistant tool here http://vz.to/1N6yVRy Please share. Thank you.

That is good to know. I'm sure my home router and my work are not up to date on anything like that. I still have the issue though even when not connected to wi-fi and going off of my data, some apps won't let me refresh, it says due to connectivity errors.
Same exact thing is happening to my phone. I did everything I could think of, even did a factory reset!
Staying connected to the web is important, mokiepoet. I rely on my data connection daily to keep in touch. I appreciate all of the steps you have previously completed. Have you already attempted the software repair tool previously mention in this thread? Here are those steps incase you missed them http://vz.to/1N6yVRy Let me know if this helps.

Yes I did go through the repair assistance. It reset again and I am still having the same issue with any wifi I have tried and my music apps do not work properly even using the data.
I also have the same issue. Found closing the app and restarting fixes the problem for a short time. Chrome seems to always work but not apps. Flipboard works fine for a short time then it wont update and no network error
This should fix your problem it worked for me.
Try Turning off power saver mode. This should take care of your problems. Seems to be a bug in power savings mode
that's preventing apps from accessing the internet
good luck

Interesting. I just turned mine off. I'll have to see how it does throughout the day.
Thanks for the tip.
