My T1114 LTE router with home phone has no LTE signal after receiving a mandatory upgrade, was working perfectly prior to the upgrade, It does have voice signal (1X) full strength.
Something may have broken due to the firmware update. If that is the case VZW will have to send you a replacement device with the newest firmware pre-loaded to resolve the issue.
Only the basic troubleshooting steps can be attempted for something like this. Give it a reboot, check the connections and perform a reset to confirm there are no easy fixes available.
