I changed the text message alert using Zedge, now I'm getting email alert tones even with the email tones turned off. Also have trouble changing alert tones.

Thanks for reaching out to us here, because help is our middle name. At times, having alerts go off can be cumbersome. When did this issue start to happen with receiving email alerts when the alerts are turned off for email? What make & model phone do you have? Have you always used the 3rd party app called Zedge for ringtones? Can you walk me through the steps on how you are trying to change the ringtones?
