Assign SMS address to a group for repeated use

I need to have a set of SMS addresses ina contact(?) so that I can send daily updates to a selected group of people.  I can't seem to find a way other than every day select the users and then select the point of delivery, in this case the phone message.   Any solutions?

Iunderstand you are wanting to set up contact group for SMS address. Here are some steps you can follow in order to have this set up on your device.

 

1.  Create New Contact Group (Contacts -> Menu -> Display Groups -> Create new group)
2. select your contact group (will show no contacts initially)
3. c) Menu -> Edit Group
4. d) Click Add. Now it lists all your contacts and you can check the ones you want under your contact group. Select the ones you want and click Done.
5. e) Click Save.
