You should have got one.
yes it should have but if you bought it used on craigslist/ebay/etc........no guarantees

That is a wonderful device, I have one an the screen is great. Yes, the SPen should have come with the phone, how was the device purchased? Was it through Verizon Wireless or another avenue?
