I just got the s6 edge plus this weekend and it works great on WiFi, but I cannot seem to get it to connect to the network away from WiFi. Any suggestions?
Congrats on the new device! Lets take a look into the cellular signal. Do you have any voice or text service? Does the device display LTE or 3G?

Hi thanks for your response. I can get phone calls and texts just fine.
And add I said before it connects to WiFi perfectly too. I do not have
Lte or 3g displayed. I've tried rebooting. But haven't tried anything
else.

Robynski48, I want to make sure that we get to the bottom of this. Have you gone into your device's settings through Apps > Settings to make sure that cellular data is currently on?

OK so I have gone to apps, settings, mobile networks and clicked on access
point names. There it says Verizon Internet and there is a green dot next
to it.
From there I can click on
Settings there and and all the fields are greyed out except one that says
APN VZ INTERNET
Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
